Born and raised in Phoenix, Victor brings a unique combination of hometown pride, grit, and adventure to his practice as an Associate Attorney with the firm.
Victor attended Brophy College Preparatory before leaving Arizona to earn his undergraduate degree from Colgate University in upstate New York. At Colgate, he became deeply involved with the university’s Outdoor Education program, serving as a staff trainer and trip leader. Through this program—whose mission is to foster leadership, wellness, personal growth, and community through outdoor and experiential learning—Victor led winter backpacking trips in subzero weather, ice climbing, mountain biking, and canoeing expeditions in the Adirondacks. He also earned Wilderness First Responder certification through Wilderness Medical Associates and NOLS. His commitment to safety, leadership, and personal development in the outdoors mirrors the focus and composure he brings to his legal practice today.
After graduating from Colgate in 2021, Victor returned home to Arizona and joined the Shapiro Law Team’s Settlement Department, where he gained firsthand experience of the diligent work required in every stage of a personal injury case—from intake through resolution. During that time, he developed a deep appreciation for the human stories behind each file and the importance of compassionate, results-driven advocacy.
Victor later attended Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he refined his litigation skills while working for one of Chicago’s most distinguished personal injury firms. There, he gained invaluable experience working on cases involving catastrophic injuries, premises liability, roadway negligence, and construction-site accidents, lessons he now brings back to his community in Arizona.
Now proudly serving as part of the Shapiro Law Team, Victor is dedicated to helping clients rebuild their lives after serious injury—fighting for justice and fair compensation with the same persistence and calm under pressure that defined his years in the wilderness.
