With three decades of litigation experience, Charles has amassed over 75 million dollars in verdicts and settlements for his personal injury clients. After moving to the Valley from Chicago, Charles had many firms vying for his services, he chose the Shapiro Law Team over all the others.

Charles has won million and multi-million dollar verdicts in almost all types of personal injury cases; including medical malpractice, police wrongful death, construction site injuries, slip and falls, premises liability, vehicular crashes, and more.

Charles learned the art of advocacy at a very young age. Both his father and his grandfather were accomplished attorneys. After graduating from law school, Charles was appointed an Assistant Attorney General of Illinois. He spent four years gaining invaluable experience going to trial against some of the biggest and most prestigious law firms in the country. The fact that he never lost a trial was noticed and he was lured into private practice by an insurance defense firm.

Charles spent the longest year of his life learning the strategies and tactics that insurance companies use to avoid taking responsibility for harm done to undeserving individuals. His true calling as a plaintiff’s lawyer was revealed and he has never looked back. After leaving the defense industry, Charles went on to work at two of the most distinguished plaintiff’s personal injury firms in Chicago. He has now brought all his experience and expertise to the Shapiro Law Team.

When he isn’t working for our clients, Charles enjoys spending time with his incredible wife (also a lawyer) and their dogs. He is an avid tennis player and enjoys going to sporting events, concerts and the theater.
