Jack Holtzman is a trial attorney at Shapiro Law Team who represents individuals and families in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. Licensed to practice in both Arizona and Texas—Jack has built his career fighting for personal injury victims.
Jack brings substantial courtroom experience to Shapiro Law Team and has obtained significant verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients—earning him recognition at both the state and national levels. He received the No. 1 Verdict in Texas for Multi-Vehicle Accidents in 2023, Top 20 Personal Injury Verdicts in Texas in 2023, Top 50 Truck Accident Verdicts in Texas in 2023, Top 50 Motor Vehicle Accident Verdicts in Texas in 2025, and Top 100 Verdicts in Texas in 2025. In 2026, Jack was selected by his peers to be a Super Lawyer Rising Star. In 2021, Jack was selected for Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff and Top 10 Trucking Trial Lawyers by National Trial Lawyers. Jack is a currently a member of the Arizona Association for Justice.
His passion for trial advocacy began when he competed on his mock trial team in high school. Jack then earned his bachelor’s degree at The University of Texas at Austin and then pursued his passion of becoming a trial attorney at South Texas College of Law in Houston. In law school, Jack competed in mock trial, served on the Board of Advocates, and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award (highest grade) in Damages.
When not advocating for clients, Jack enjoys spending time with his wife and two bernedoodle dogs. He also enjoys live music, golf, and Longhorns football.
