Scott is a plaintiff’s personal-injury attorney at Shapiro Law Team. He represents individuals and families in motor-vehicle collisions, wrongful death, premises liability, and other negligence cases. Shortly after being sworn into the Arizona Bar in October 2025, Scott served as co-counsel on a $5 million verdict on behalf of a client struck head-on by a drunk driver, reinforcing his commitment to focused, client-first advocacy. Scott chose Shapiro Law Team for the same reason clients do: a trial-ready culture that prioritizes preparation, clarity, and results. A lifelong Arizonan, Scott is proud to serve clients across the Valley and throughout the state.
Scott sharpened his legal writing and courtroom readiness at ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he earned the Law and Sustainability certificate and served as Executive Note and Comment Editor for the Corporate and Business Law Journal. He served as a TA in Legal Method & Writing, the cornerstone legal writing course for ASU’s first-semester law students. Before practicing law, Scott taught social studies from 2018 to 2022, an experience that shows up in the way he prepares witnesses, explains complex issues clearly, and meets clients where they are.
When he is not working for our clients, Scott enjoys yoga and catching a good movie.
