Injury car accidents might happen due to speedy driving

A woman in Arizona has lost her life in a tragic car crash involving multiple motor vehicles. Meanwhile, three other people, including her 2-year-old son, were hurt in the crash. These types of car accidents may happen due to the carelessness of another driver, which is grounds for litigation in The Grand Canyon State.

The recent accident happened at about 4 p.m. Police said the 22-year-old woman was driving quickly while heading west along State Road 260. In fact, she reportedly passed cars in an area zoned for no passing. Her car ended up striking a black car that was headed eastbound on the road.

The 22-year-old woman’s car then crashed into a pickup truck. At that time, her car split in half, trapping her inside, and her son was ejected from the car, landing on the road. The woman died, while her son was transported to the hospital for the treatment of his life-threatening injuries. Two other individuals involved in the accident also suffered injuries in the collision.

The parties who were injured in the Arizona collision may opt to file personal injury claims, seeking the reimbursement of monetary damages. Although the woman who allegedly caused the accident ended up dying in the collision, her estate may still be named in a lawsuit, and so can anybody who had an ownership interest in the car she was driving at the time of the collision. If the plaintiffs succeed in their claim, they may receive monetary compensation, which might help them to address their hospital costs and other expenses stemming from these types of car accidents.
